Many people in Germany struggle to navigate education, qualification, funding and employment opportunities—especially when language barriers, unfamiliar systems or fragmented information make the process difficult. BSF aims to turn these complex pathways into clear, accessible and practical routes toward skills development and sustainable employment.
BSF builds on more than seven years of direct community engagement and practical experience supporting people with education, career orientation and employment pathways in Germany. Through this work, thousands of people have received guidance to better understand their options and take practical steps toward qualification, professional development and employment.
BSF International has developed an established multilingual community platform, including a Facebook network of more than 77,000 people. Our community reaches people from diverse backgrounds and supports communication across languages including Persian, Arabic, German, English and Turkish. This gives BSF direct access to the people whose challenges our solutions are designed to address.
We combine multilingual community access, human experience, technology and strategic partnerships.
