I’m the Founder and Managing Director of BSF International, with international work experience and a strong focus on compliance, community management and organizational development. I work across governance, stakeholder engagement and digital solutions, helping organizations strengthen accountability, improve community relationships and build practical, sustainable structures for long-term impact.

I bring more than 35 years of experience in branding, communication and creative direction, covering advertising, PR, editorial design, corporate communication and visual storytelling. As a certified trainer, lecturer and coach, I combine creative expertise with leadership, project management and practical, solution-oriented work.

I bring professional experience in IT systems, digital operations, technical project delivery and compliance-focused solutions. At BSF International, I support the planning and implementation of IT-related projects, combining technical expertise with security, reliability and regulatory requirements. I work across digital infrastructure, system development and operational support, helping ensure that technology solutions are practical, secure and aligned with each project’s objectives.

I bring experience in English–German translation, intercultural communication, publishing, editing and administrative support. My work includes supporting individuals and families in intercultural settings, coordinating with authorities and institutions, organizing international events, and creating and reviewing bilingual content. I am also trained in psychological counseling, personal coaching and adult education, combining communication expertise with a practical, people-focused approach.

I bring extensive experience in humanitarian action, NGO leadership, community development and women’s empowerment. My work has focused on supporting women and vulnerable communities through education, protection, vocational training and advocacy. I also bring experience in NGO consultation, program development and international partnerships, with a strong focus on practical solutions that strengthen resilience and long-term social impact.
